MEL Scripts

Description: This script utilizes the flexibility and functionality of particles to create dynamic curves for use in abstract or practical purposes.  Unlike many other scripts like it, the curve generation tool takes into account particles being born and dying during runtime.  Custom profiles can also be loaded into the NURBS extrusion tool rather than using default circles.  The twisting forms in Dale Chihuly’s glass sculptures originally inspired the creation of this script.  This script will be used in upcoming projects in spring 2008.

Description: This tool is used to position lights relative to the current viewing camera in the active window. This allows the user to "drop" lights from where ever they are currently navigating without having to go through the extra steps of looking through the light and starting at the origin. This script is designed to be used on the shelf.
